Description
1895-98, page from the Collection with stationery envelope of 5k lilac, uprated by pair of 1k orange and Wenden 2k, addressed to Riga; and stationery envelope 7k blue with local stamp of 2k addressed to Hinzenberg, delivered by TPO No.90, itinerary of which was changed in 1890’s from Hapsal – Taps to Taps – Dorpat – Riga and went through Wenden and Hinzenberg (according to Kiryushkin & Robinson Monograph), both with appropriate arrival markings, F/VF, the second item is considered to be rare, only a few recorded with documented TPO delivery, Est. $1,000-$1,200, Scott #L11
