1931 (April 4), four stamps, including two Child Welfare semi-postal of 20+2k, Lenin Mausoleum of 20k and RSFSR (!) 300r green, used on registered cover from Moscow to Czechoslovakia, all stamps tied by Moscow cancel, however applying of 300r was not necessary (postal rate – 45k for such mailing at that time), arrival ds on reverse, traces of mounts, still F/VF and interesting cover, Est. $200-$250, Scott #B56-57
