1933, black handstamped surcharge (large numerator – 6.7mm) 15(k) on Tuvan revenue stamp of 6k yellow, word ”Posta” of the surcharge is deformed (type b by Ustinovsky classification), ”P” elongated (type II as per Scott), bottom sheet margin block of 28 (7×4), some separation between 2nd and 3rd horizontal rows at right, full OG, NH (hinge traces on margin), VF and extremely rare multiple, ex-A.
