1924, All-Russian Committee for Assistance to the Invalids, label with black surcharge 100r on 5r multicolored, used together with six stamps on cover from Tula to Germany, tied by ”16.4.24” date stamps, another Tula Expedition marking is on reverse (such handstamps were used specially for International correspondences), no Leipzig receiver as usual, F/VF and interesting specialized item, Est. $250-$300 , Scott #250/79
