1931 (September 25 – October 20), four Soviet adhesives used on mixed franking registered SCADTA postcard sent by Pioneer Flight en route Leningrad-Berlin on September 25, next day Berlin arrival date stamp, forwarded to Colombia by a steamship, Buenaventura ”20.
