1911, Project Palatul Postelor, General Post Office, five pages from a Collection bearing imperforate essays of two unadopted designs, first one for 5b, 10b, 25b, 50b, 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L in seven or eight colors, the other one for 5b,10b, 15b, 25b, 40b, 50b, 1L, 2L and 5L in ultramarine and violet, the total is 75 pieces, printed on white glossy paper, a few with occasional light toned spots, fresh and nice otherwise, no gum as produced, VF, Est. $1,000- $1,200
