BALANCE OF A CONSIGNMENT IN 4 LARGE STOCKBOOKS: 1865-1995, several thousand mint and used stamps, one stockbook is mainly used Imperial Russia with some RSFSR and Tannu Tuva, second one is mix of Russian Locals, Non-Postal stamps and etc. and two mainly Soviet Union from end of 1950’s to 1990’s, some varieties throughout, apparently nothing very expensive, occasional flaws possible, generally nice and high potential unit, full/part of OG or used, F/VF, Est. $500-$600
