AZERBAIJAN SOVIET GOVERNMENT: 1945, black handstamped overprints on Historical Places 5d-75d and on Reza Shah Pahlavi 1r-10r, complete set of 16 values, approximately a half with full OG, others – unused no gum, mostly VF and extremely rare, only a few complete sets known, each stamp expertized by M. Sadri, the ”key” stamp of 3r peacock green with his certificate.
