1921, black overprint (type 1) on perforated 20k blue and carmine in vertical pair used on registered cover from Katerinoslav to USA, arrived to Chicago via Moscow and New York with all transits on reverse, several USPS markings such as ”Not Found” and ”Insufficient Address” as well as label ”Returned to sender for the reason that service is suspended…”, minor conveyance flaws, cover was opened for display, still F/VF and rare, Bulat #828
