ARMY SUMMER CAMP MAILINGS: 1897, three free-frank covers addressed to commander of 103rd Petrozavodsk Infantry Regiment, in that time located at Grodno Camp, sent from Offices of the Military Chiefs in Novogrudok and Grodno; and one – from Novogrudok Police Department, each one with violet sender’s office seal and special Camp ds in blue on reverse, some conveyance defects, still F/VF and rare group
