Description
1860, 10k blue and carmine, used on entire wrapper from Staczow to Warsaw, tied by ”109” inside concentric circles cancellation (Boyanowicz rating – 7), Rokiciny marking with endorsed date 9/10 at the top left, Warsaw arrival ds on reverse, mostly VF. As opposed to the offered item normally numbered cancellation corresponding with city/town postmark. We checked the stamp and cancellation under x100 magnifications and did not find any traces of alteration. However, the lot offered without guarantee, starting price as for used No. 1, Sc. #1a
