1945, black handstamped overprints on Historical Places 5d-75d and on Reza Shah Pahlavi 1r-10r, complete set of 16 values, approximately a half with full OG or unused no gum, mostly VF and extremely rare, only a few complete sets known, each stamp expertized by M. Sadri, the ”key” stamp of 3r peacock green with his certificate. This Puppet Government existed from December 12, 1945 until the end of 1946 when Soviet Troops left Iran, Sc. #876/900 var
