1934, First Decade without Lenin, 1k-30k, complete set of six used on registered cover from 17th All-Russian Congress of Soviets, tied by special ”15.1.37” ds, marked ”C’ezdovskoye”, arrival ds is in reverse, VF and very rare set on cover. The 17th (last) RSFSR Congress of Soviets was convened on January 15-21, 1937 to approve New Constitution of Russian Federation, most of participants of that political event were repressed during the Great Purge, Sc. #540-45
