1923, typo ”Star” surcharge 40r on 15k brownish lilac and blue, basic stamp is a re-issue of 1919 (enlarged frame, white line all around center, narrow space between stamps), imperforated block of 15 (3×5), used together with ten stamps of soldier 70r violet on registered pre- printed cover from Moscow to Paris, all appropriate markings, mostly VF and really rare mailing, because these stamps were in postal circulation for limited time only, Sc. #227 var
