MISSENT POSTCARD: 1915, stationery card 3k red, sent from Haradzeya (Minsk Gub.) on July 31, written in French and addressed to Basel, delayed to Moscow (machine ”3.IX.” postmark) and then for unclear reasons delivered to NY Penn Station (Oct. 7) and at the same time marked ”Due.1 cent”, finally arrived to Basel on October 27 and uprated by Swiss postage due stamp of 5c green and red, two archival holes, still VF and well traveled item
