MONEY LETTERS – SELECTION: 1899-1917, seven items, including six money letters and one COD cover, including St. Petersburg – Pskov, Lodz – Berlin, Kiev – London, Riga – Berlin and etc. letters, all except one franked by postage stamps (postage and insurance for money letters were paid in cash until 1904) with appropriate wax seals, mixed condition, still fine and an interesting group
