VALUABLE COLLECTION IN A BLUE STOCKBOOK: 1866-1918, 1150 mainly mint stamps (about 20% of used ones), representing 147 zemstvo districts, most comprehensive are Bogorodsk, Gadiach with No.4, Irbit, Lokhvitsa, Malmyzh with No.2, Novgorod with No.2, Osa with nice range of various cancellations, Pryluky, Yelets, Yelisavetgrad and Zadonsk with No.27, neatly arranged by alphabetical order with individual price range from $7 to $250, some usual flaws noted (thins and minor toning – about 15% of the total number of stamps), full/part of OG or used, F/VF, C.v. is about $23,000
