Postal History Collection: 1992-95, about 170 mainly Soviet Union illustrated stationery envelopes uprated by various All-Ukrainian or locally produced machine stamps, most powerful areas – Kyiv, Dnipro, Melitopol, Sumy, Volyn and Crimea, in addition almost 200 unused mainly surcharged stamps (some dubious), all are nicely described on exhibition pages, VF, this unit is a beautiful witness of the turbulent Ukrainian history
