1928 (February 23), Pictorial issue, 1k-1r, complete set of 14 stamps used on registered cover from Kyzyl to USA via Moscow, tied by DS 0.2 (Ustinovsky page 38), upon arrival uprated by peasant 80k orange from the 2nd definitive set and registered label was placed over, arrived to NYC on 4.4.1928 and to Chicago on APR.6.1928, mostly VF and extremely rare, only a few Tuva-Soviet Union mixed franking items are known, ex- A.
