PRE-WORLD WAR II DEFINITIVE ISSUES: 1924-39, 130 mostly mint stamps (4 – used), starting with typo printing of the first definitive issue, including high values with 3r perf 10 (regummed), four valuable stamps with perforation 12½, then multiples on watermarked paper and surcharges 8k on worker 7k, imperf third issue and seven stamps on paper without watermark, nice range of postage dues and surcharges of 1927 with some better items, occasional flaws mentioned, full/part of OG, F/VF, Est. $800-$1,000
