INDEPENDENT LIBYA COLLECTION IN SCOTT ALBUM: 1951-64, starting with Warrior overprinted/surcharged sets for Tripolitania, Fezzan and Cyrenaica, King Idris and Arms definitives, nice range of commemoratives, the total is about 300 mostly mint (35 – used) stamps and souvenir sheets, some in blocks of four or larger, representing postage, dues with surcharges/overprints on Cyrenaica sets and officials, plus 30 First Day and commercial covers, generally nice and fresh unit, full/large part of OG, some NH, but mainly LH, F/VF, C.v. is over $2,400, covers are not counted, Est. $600-$700
