1911, stationery parcel card 10h blue for 23.06k, uprated by four definitive stamps and sent to Kokand (Russian Middle Asia) via Podwoloczyska (then Austrian Galicia) and Volochysk (then Volyn Gub.), upon arrival uprated by horizontal pair of Russian Imperial 15k brown lilac and blue, tied by Kokand date stamps, all adhesives with pinholes for security purposes, otherwise very fine and scarce mixed franking item, Sc. #115b, 121, 124‑25
