1915, pre-printed (Neya Forest Dacha and Mill of P.G. Mikhalev – Kostroma Gub.) registered cover posted at Nizhny Novgorod to Kazan, franked by three WW I Postal Charity stamps, all appropriate markings and arrival ds, VF. The word ”Dacha” originally meant a plot of land that was given by Emperor to service people, such pre-print is very scarce, Sc. #B6-8
