1923 (October 17), registered cover from Moscow to USA, franked by 13 definitive imperforated lithographic stamps of the first issue, met altogether 50k postal rate, bearing in addition RSFSR 250r violet in block of four (which was not valid for postage at that time, but properly cancelled), postmarked in NYC at ”11-2-1923”, mostly VF, Sc. #250/56
