15th Congress of the UPU in Vienna (1964) 1953-64, blue hard cover booklet contains 114 mint stamps and two Shakespeare Commemorative Pictorial Air Letter forms, including first Castles set (£285), graphite and phosphor line sets, regional stamps (complete for the period) and postage due set of 13 from 1959-63, generally nice quality, minor toning spots did not affect the stamps, mostly VF, Est. $150-$200, Sc. # 292/406
