MISSENT POSTCARD: 1915 (July 31), stationery card 3k red, sent from Haradzeya (Minsk Gub.), written in French and addressed to Basel, Russian censorship on reverse, delayed in Moscow (machine ”3.IX.15” postmark) and then for unclear reasons delivered to NYC Penn Station (Oct. 7), US due marking ”Due. 1 cent” was applied, finally arrived to Basel on October 27 and uprated by Swiss postage due stamp of 5c green and red, two archival holes, still F/VF, well traveled and rare item, Est. $300-$400
