1937, Palace of Soviets, 40k violet, souvenir sheet of four without text at the top and bottom, enlarged size 142x92mm, excellent condition, bright and fresh full original gum, apparently very lightly hinged (tiny place of uneven gum at the top), VF and extremely rare, Soviet Philatelic guarantee hs. The souvenir sheet was sold for $15,000 plus appropriate fees in our Auction #83, the customer refused to pay and returned this item without appropriate reasons.
