1865, 25 unadopted imperforated essays produced by Stern, Paris, Prince Cuza’s portrait (face to the right) in central oval for 2pa x5, 5pa x14 and 20pa x6, some cut close to the design, two items with shallow thin, no gum as issued, all housed on a page from a Collection, F/VF and scarce group, this lot has been sold in our Auction #89 for $650 plus fees, but customer refused to pay for it without explanations, Est. $600-$800
